Workforce Wellness plan with Shaklee Loyalty Rewards

  1. The Employer decides on the monthly or bi-monthly contribution they will offer to their Employees. The minimum contribution to qualify for Shaklee’s Loyalty Rewards Points is $100 per contribution period. The Employer can also decide to contribute a lower amount without receiving free Rewards Points.
  2. The Loyalty rewards program is like Amazon’s “subscribe and save” program where a standing monthly order is placed by the Employee and adjusted each month depending on their product preferences. In return for this “loyalty” the Employee receives from Shaklee up to an additional 15% of the monthly dollar amount to spend on products.
  3. Wellness Workx presents the details of the program to the Employees at the Employer’s office or over a Teams or Zoom call.
  4. Employees interested in receiving this benefit sign an “opt-in” form. This is an agreement between the Employee and their Employer committing to signing up for the monthly Shaklee Loyalty Rewards program and using the employer contribution to purchase Shaklee products.
  5. The Employer adds their monthly contribution to each Employee’s payroll. The contribution is recorded as a “Lifestyle Spending Account” and the Employee is taxed on that contribution as if it were regular payroll income.
  6. Wellness Works provides a paper product catalog to each employee.
  7. The Employee registers as a “Member” with Shaklee, similar to a Costco membership or Amazon prime membership, using their company email address and their personal credit card. This enables the Employee to purchase goods over the amount of the Employer contribution if they so choose.
  8. Wellness Workx will assist Employees with the Shaklee membership sign up and in setting up their Loyalty order program. This will take approximately 15 minutes per Employee.
  9. Each month the Employee receives an email from Shaklee reminding them that they have an order which will be shipped on the date they selected and that it can be left as the previous month or adjusted as needed.
  10. The products arrive at the Employees home vis USPS 2 to 7 business days later.
  11. Each month Wellness Workx will send the Employer a report listing which Employees have signed up for the Loyalty Rewards program to ensure they are receiving the intended Wellness benefit.
