I have had problems with stiffness in my knee and ankle joints for years. Every morning getting out of bed was difficult, I could barely walk and had to stretch just to get moving. One of the Shaklee products I first tried when we were given this Wellness program was the Joint Health Complex. Literally within a week I had no more pain and no more Crickety (as I had named it!) and this is still the case 6 months later, I am delighted!
I also love the fact that many of the nutrition products come in gummie format as well as in tablets or powders. My favorites are the anti-aging Vivix gummies.
