I am a lifelong fan of cooking and eating good food! I have spent my entire career in the food business, first in off-site upscale catered events and then in the grocery industry working for various food manufacturers which is how Anton and I connected and came to start Sachem Foods.

I am excited to take the lessons we have learned as a small business in this new venture bringing health and wellness to as many people as possible. I am devoted to the practice of yoga and believe that movement of any kind + good nutrition is the formula for a happy life.

I am a lifelong Chicagoan and live in Oak Park with my husband and two whippets who keep the house lively since our kids are off on their own!
